How We Do Things

We want to make sure we are delivering the best service, so we put some things in place for your protection and ours:

 


All of our employees have undergone background checks (including childline)

Background checks include Act 33/34 and FBI clearance.


All of our employees have completed a minimum of basic mental health identification training

Employees are required to complete, at a minimum, the Mental Health First Aid training or a lateral program.  This training is necessary for our staff to know how to identify common mental health experiences and accommodations.


Self Care is not licensed for therapy

We do not offer therapy, counseling, or any diagnostic or therapeutic services.  For your convenience, we do update our resource page, regularly, where you may find what you need in mental health services!


Disputes

Self Care takes all service and accommodation disputes very seriously.  Please complete this form to address any issues you may have had.


Insurance

Self Care Housekeeping is insured to protect your space and our employees.  We’ve got everyone covered!


Refunds

Self Care Housekeeping does not give refunds, outside of extenuating circumstances.  We will happily provide service credits, when applicable, for your convenience and consideration.
